This Agreement (the "Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and Supply Links .If you use the archanalok.com you agree to these terms and conditions. The archanalok.com Service is a transaction, information and communication service available to authorized users ("customers") who access http://archanalok.com/. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Archanalok Trading Company advises our customers to choose their items carefully as Archanalok Trading Company does not accept returns of correctly shipped items. All items from our online store are sold on a non-returnable basis unless defective. Please check that all items received are what you have ordered. If you have received an incorrect item, please do not open the package. We will not accept any returns or provide refunds of items that have been opened, tampered with or are not in their original condition. Order cancellation will be possible only if the request is made before the product has been shipped, typically within 1 to 2 working days of placing the order. However, the cancellation request cannot be honoured if the order has been communicated to the fulfilment team and they have initiated the process of dispatching the order (again, typically 24 hours or 1 working days of the order being placed).

There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.

For domestic buyers, Orders are shipped within 5-10 working days, or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to transport company/daily parcel norms. archanalok.com is not liable for any delay in delivery by the transporter company/daily parcel authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the transporter company/daily parcel authorities within 3 to 4 working days from the date of the order and payment, or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.

Delivery of all orders will be to registered address of the buyer as per the credit card, debit card, or net-banking only at all times (unless specified at the time of order). All major credit cards, debit cards, and net-banking methods are accepted.
