Delivery will be made till the local transporter service only that you specify when you confirm your order. Transportation charges are to be paid by the customers. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Archanalok Trading Company advises our customers to choose their items carefully as Archanalok Trading Company does not accept returns of correctly shipped items. All items from our online store are sold on a non-returnable basis unless defective. Please check that all items received are what you have ordered. If you have received an incorrect item, please do not open the package. We will not accept any returns or provide refunds of items that have been opened, tampered with or are not in their original condition. For domestic buyers, Orders are shipped within 5-10 working days, or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to transport company/daily parcel norms. archanalok.com is not liable for any delay in delivery by the transporter company/daily parcel authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the transporter company/daily parcel authorities within 3 to 4 working days from the date of the order and payment, or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.
